Singer, Showman, Songwriter, Musician…Frankie Moreno is all of these things and more. As a child prodigy on the piano and a gifted multi-instrumentalist, Frankie was first introduced to American audiences at the age of ten with his debut on CBS’s “Star Search”. Since then, the twice named “Las Vegas Headliner of the Year”, Frankie has been wowing audiences from coast to coast performing his exciting mix of original and classic hits with a vintage funk-infused sound.
Frankie’s performance on ABC’s “Dancing With The Stars” brought him into America’s living rooms again. Performing his self-penned hit “Tangerine Honey”, Frankie has continued to grow with more television appearances, magazine covers and sold-out concerts including New York’s Carnegie Hall, The Kennedy Center and The Hollywood Bowl. He received an Emmy Nomination for his national TV special ”Songs at Home”, and now is starring in his own nationwide special for PBS titled “Frankie Moreno In Concert”, capturing the attention of millions and leaving lasting impressions.
Frankie’s latest collaboration for Sony Records with world-renowned violinist, Joshua Bell, reached #1 on the Billboard charts in two separate categories. Other artists included on this album were Sting, Josh Groban, Chris Botti, Kristin Chenoweth, and Regina Spektor. Together they filmed "Great Performances: Live at Lincoln Center" for PBS. Frankie and Joshua have since recorded another album together, which hit the Top Ten on the Billboard charts, featuring Placido Domingo, Gloria Estefan, Allison Krauss, Chick Corea, and many more.
Frankie is currently collaborating on new music with producer, engineer, and guitar legend Pat Thrall (Katy Perry, Christina Aguilera, Beyoncé, Justin Bieber), saying of Frankie, “He is one of the most naturally gifted musicians I’ve ever worked with. We both share the same vision for his music, so it’s a fun and exciting process”.
Frankie toured the U.S. with Grammy nominated country artist Billy Currington and country superstars Sugarland. Frankie has also joined multi-platinum artists Air Supply for their world tour as musical director, and wrote their recent radio single “Dance with Me”, reaching the Top 40 on the Billboard charts.
